Wings to Launch is our inclusive entrepreneurship and employability program designed to uplift individuals with disabilities by helping them develop the skills, confidence, and support systems needed to start their own businesses or enter the workforce.
Whether they dream of creating handmade goods, launching a service, or building retail experience, Wings to Launch provides a clear pathway to make it happen.
What We Offer:
Skill-Building Workshops
Hands-on sessions that teach product creation, branding, marketing, and customer service.
Business Mentorship
One-on-one coaching from local business owners and professionals.
Retail Opportunities
Participants can sell their creations through our inclusive storefront, Birdie’s by Take Heart, and at community events.
Employment Readiness
Job exploration, resume development, mock interviews, and soft skills training.
